Scramble Standard Issue Semi-Custom Gi

What is a semi custom gi? Scramble thought that you didn’t want the same patches in the same places as everyone else. They designed this one plain, except for two small branded SK tags. They then decided that the Scramble Standard Issue Semi Custom kimono would come with eight woven patches for you to decorate the gi as you see fit.

Choosing how to design and lay out your gi allows you to have the feeling of a custom gi, without fussing about sleeve measurements and the extremely high costs of a truly custom BJJ kimono.

If you love to invert, consider putting a patch or two upside down, for your opponent to be able to read while you’re upside down!

The Scramble Standard Issue gi meets the standards for competition, but do keep in mind the IBJJF patching guidelines to make sure you place your patches in legal spots, or don’t for that true custom feel.

Patches can be ironed on, however, it is recommended to sew. When ironing, apply heat evenly to prevent shrinkage.
